A safe, anonymous space for teens to be heard.
Share your thoughts, questions, or feelings—no names, no judgment. We respond weekly on our blog with support and encouragement.
The unheard are heard.
Our nonprofit organization is dedicated to improving the lives. We strive to create positive change in you
We believe in planting seeds of truth early. Our girls are learning to speak life over themselves — to know their worth, claim their beauty, and walk in love.
In this moment, they remind us of what’s possible when young hearts are nurtured with affirmations:
“I am loved. I am beautiful.”
It’s more than a chant — it’s a declaration of identity.
Press play and witness the power of self-belief in action. 💫
Pathways to Empowerment was established in 2023 by a visionary mother who recognized the critical need for a local organization that nurtures meaningful connections between women and young girls across generations.
Our mission is to foster personal growth & development in young girls and women. Through intentional mentorship and community support, we focus on strengthening self-awareness, building confidence and self-love, and encouraging healthy relationships—all while promoting generational healing. Our goal is to equip girls with the mindset, tools, and resilience to confidently walk in purpose and lead fulfilling lives.
As we continue to grow, we remain committed to expanding our impact—aiming to reach and uplift 250 women and girls by 2025.
Join us on this powerful journey of growth, healing, and empowerment as we cultivate the next generation of confident, purpose-driven Women.
Our Board consists of a dedicated team of five professionals:
Aisha Lake (Executive Director) Marcia Whittingham (Secretary) Davida Scott (Treasurer) , Zarreya Payton (Growth/Youth Ambassador) & Cheryl Johnson ( Board Member) all fueled by the passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
Committed to our mission, each member brings a unique set of skills and experiences that contribute to the success and growth of our organization.
