Our nonprofit organization is dedicated to improving the lives. We strive to create positive change in you
Pathways to Empowerment, was established in 2023 by a visionary mother, with a realization that there was a crucial need for a local organization focused on nurturing connections between women and young girls across generations.
Our mission is to foster personal growth and empowerment in young girls and women. We strive to facilitate positive relationships, enhance self-awareness, cultivate confidence and self-love, through generational healing. Our ultimate goal is to equip young girls with the tools and resilience needed to confidently navigate their paths toward purposeful and fulfilling lives.
As we continue to grow, we are committed to achieving new milestones and aim to expand our impact in 2025 by positively impacting the lives of 250 women and girls.
Join us on our journey as we empower and uplift the next generation of confident, purpose-driven individuals.
Our Board consists of a dedicated team of five professionals:

Committed to our mission, each member brings a unique set of skills and experiences that contribute to the success and growth of our organization.
We are proud to recognize the Richland County Recreation Foundation as a key partner in our inaugural Powering Hearts & Minds 5K for mental health awareness. Their dedication and commitment to improving the lives of our community played a vital role in the success of this event. We are grateful for their support and collaboration, proving that together, we can make a lasting impact.
